Q: What are directions to Marco Island Lakeside Inn?
A: Traveling on Interstate 75 take exit #101 and travel south on SR 951-S (Collier Blvd.). Continue on Collier Blvd for approximately 16 miles and travel over the Marco Island Bridge. Turn LEFT onto the 3rd traffic light which is Bald Eagle Road. Drive 4 short blocks and turn LEFT on Marco Lake Drive (just past the cell tower). Drive around by the lake. You will see the back of the inn on your right. Continue to the four-way stop and turn RIGHT onto 1st Ave., turn right into the Marco Island Lakeside Inn.

Q: What are the hotel's deposit and cancellation policies?
A: Reservations are confirmed with a deposit of one night room and tax. Deposits are applied to your first night stay, and are refundable upon cancellation no later than 72 hours prior to the arrival date before 2 PM local hotel time.(holiday deposits are non-refundable). There is a $25 cancellation fee. The balance, including tax, is due upon arrival and will be charged to your credit/debit card the morning of your scheduled arrival. Payment may be made with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, traveler's check, money order, or cash. There are no refunds after arrival. The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and the same credit card used for the deposit at check-in.

Q: How many guests per room do the rates apply for?
A: Our rates are designed for two guests per one-bedroom suite but they can accommodate up to four guests. Our two-bedroom suite rates include four guests but can accommodate up to six guests. Please add $25 per day per person to room rates for additional guests.

Q: Is Marco Island Lakeside Inn smoke free?
A: Marco Island Lakeside Inn is a non-smoking facility. We do care about our smoking guests as well and each one-bedroom suite is accompanied with a screened-in porch for our smoking guest's use. Smokers staying in our poolside studio suites may use the pool patio for Poolside Studio Suites. There will be a $250 clean up fee added for guests who smoke in their rooms.

Q: Does the hotel allow pets?
A: No, Marco Island Lakeside Inn does not accept pets. But we appreciate how important our guest's pets are. There is boarding available by reservation through Marco Veterinary Hospital at 239-394-2535.  There is a $250 penalty that will be charged for guests that bring pets on to the property.

Q: Do you have minimum stays during holidays and tourist season?
A: Yes, holidays, weekends and special events are subject to special rates and minimum stays. Rates are subject to Florida sales tax and tourism tax. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Q: What time is check-in/check-out and what hours does the office keep?
A: Check-in is at 3 p.m. check-out is at 11 a.m. We require payment for the complete stay upon arrival so that our guests are free to check out during non business hours. Our office is open from 9am until 8pm Monday – Saturday and 12:30pm to 8pm on Sundays.
